Asakura Camellia is a tall fast-growing evergreen shrub with an upright habit and glossy evergreen leaves that stay deep green year-round. Asakura Camellia has large semi-double flowers that open with white with pink back petals that fade to pure white and a yellow stamen that bloom in fall into winter which attracts butterflies. Best blooms occur in partial sun and acidic, well-drained soil.
