Monrovia® Bauer's Cordyline is a broadleaf perennial often used as a house plant with long, burgundy sword-like foliage that gracefully arches with age. Develops a slender trunk as it matures with the foliage becoming its crown. Rarely flowers indoors. The best color occurs with bright indirect light and consistently moist well-drained peaty soils.
