This Syrah exhibits our signature earthy elegance with a long lingering finish. The wine is single-vineyard & single-varietal, however, the grapes were fermented in two different batches: one in stainless steel and the other in a French Oak Barrel which we removed the top on. A food-friendly expression of Syrah that pairs well with spicy red sauces or dishes with Aleppo Pepper.
