The SHP Ford block is tailored to the most popular performance and racing applications, with an 8.200" (302) or an 9.500" (351) deck height andξ choice of 4.00" or 4.125" Siamese cylinder bores (made to hone to 4.00 or 4.125) which can safely be bored to 4.185".ξξ The 8.200" deck height isξthe 302 main bearing size & the 9.500" deck height is the 351C main bearing size. LET US KNOW WHAT BORE SIZE & DECK HEIGHT YOU WANT. Steel main caps are splayed 4-bolt on the center three and 2-bolt on #1 and #5, and utilize 1/2" bolts.
