BLUE NOTE JUKE JOINT UNCUT “BLUE NOTE BAR DARK” Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey single barrel selected by Stuff & Whiskey Barrel No.: 22171 Proof: 118.6 State of Distillation: Kentucky Nose: On the nose there’s an initial burst of sweet, sugary clover honey followed by darker notes of toffee, brown sugar, chocolate, fudge, vanilla, and barrel influence.  Palate: Everything from the nose transfers to the palate with the addition of a really sweet cherry banana fruitiness and the sensation of effervescent spice. Experience: The nose is rich, the palate is an explosion of both bright and dark sweetness offset by a welcomed spice to balance the pour, and everything carries into the finish which lingers for quite some time. This is a powerhouse of a pour and a crazy good value.  Tasting our first Blue Note Juke Joint Uncut barrel pick (circa January 2023) in comparison, the first pick rivals the sweetness of the new pick but lacks the spice, impact, and finish of this single barre
