The palate is heavy and loaded with oak, butterscotch, creamy corn and brulee with a huge espresso and root beer quality. Big cola on the palate with black pepper, big oak, dry cocoa, and tons of root beer, cola, a hint of cherry, big apple crisp and ginger. Long finish, the proof here isn't punchy like other releases I've ad and it's complex and loaded with ginger, cola, sweet oak and an indulgent cake batter and apple crisp finish.
