Bottled 11/7/24Total Batch Yield 1364 bottles (6 barrels)Bottled Non-Chill Filtered at 117.4 Proof Cabernet Barrel Finish 8 Months Half of the used wine barrels were French Oak and the other half were American Oak   K.LUKE Whiskey Company just bottled their second limited release Small Batch Keenan Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Finished Bourbon.  This Bourbon is a small batch blend of Bourbon compiled of different ages and mash bills from distilleries in both Kentucky and Indiana, after the Maisano’s created the small batch, it was then secondary aged is fresh dumped Keenan Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon French and American Oak barrels for 8 months. Jennifer and Jonathan have been friends with Michael Keenan the owner / winemaker for over a decade. Michael produces less than 1000 cases of reserve Cabernet each year.
