It's effervescent, bright and enticing. Barrel influence is light on the nose, rounding out the minerality and zest with a hint of vanilla and pleasant sweetness. Palate is pleasant and natural, lovely character and minerality meets floral and citrus driven sweetness with a hint of pepper. Crisp, clean finish with hints of brown sugar, lime, pepper, slate and a kiss of plum.
