It is neatly cut apart; however, appear to be unused. The direction sheet (yellowed) is, also, in excellent condition. The envelope and flap (partly, taped, to keep attached to envelope) are tattered, wrinkled; and storage wear is very noticeable, as in a few rips, tears, etc.; however, it, too, for its age, is in good condition. Size 14.
