With notes of grapefruit, white peach, and rose, this structured Rosé carries power and vivacity. A lovely, balanced expression that showcases the vinous prowess of Provence. Sourced from a mid-slope parcel that was the original source of grapes at the estate generations ago, the 35-year-old vines are planted to Grenache and Cinsault, with a few Mourvèdre plants mixed in. With 8 hours of maceration for the Grenache, this wine leans towards a more vinous and serious style of rosé. This cuvée makes for an ideal companion at the table.
