Designing with Blooming Branches - April 6

Join us for this one-of-a-kind, highly immersive floral arranging class in celebration of cherry blossom season. Offered just once per year, we'll walk you through the steps to create a large statement piece staring local blooming branches. Materials included: - A design-forward vase courtesy of Camilia Supply that you can continue to design with at home- 15-20 focal flowers- 10-15 filler flowers- 10-15 foliage stems- 3-5 blooming branches- Floral sheers on loan During class you will learn: - How to use color to create a cohesive and stunning design using architectural and high-impact blooming branches (may include cherry blossom, quince or the like)- How to design in a tall urn vessel- How to clean and store your flowers to extend their freshness- Where to place particular stems to maximize their impact- Where to source flowers locally- Florist secrets on how to take "ordinary" flowers to the next level When: Saturday, April 6th from 1:00am -2:30pm  Where: She Loves Me Eckington, 1550
