Custom Surface Pattern Design - KC Christmas Design

RECITALS Licensor owns certain rights in the surface pattern design and Licensee desires to obtain a license to use the Kansas City Christmas Design for the purposes set forth in this agreement. GRANT OF LICENSE Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive license to use one Kansas City Christmas Design for the purpose of manufacturing and selling products on Basically KC clothing. This will be delivered as a digital file. TERM The term of this agreement shall start on the effective date with no expiration date. COMPENSATION Basically KC agrees to pay Shea Lettering the following: Flat rate of $150 due after contract is signed via invoice sent from Licensor. Once payment is received, work on the design will begin Any extra colorway designs will be an additional $30 and charged via additional invoice Any edits to the original design would be an additional $30 and charged via additional invoice.
