2021 Seneca Lake Riesling
Wine Summary This wine highlights the beauty of the Finger Lakes growing region in upstate New York. This glacially formed region has five distinct lakes with steep slopes and soil comprised of heavy deposits of slate and shale. With cold winters and long summer days, the Riesling grape thrives. Our Riesling is fermented dry. Its bright acidity is refreshing, beckoning for another sip. It presents strong floral aromas with a white peach and mineral mouthfeel.
