No chemical additions. Heat/Protein Stable: No. We added no additional chemicals or products to achieve heat stabilization. We felt even minor additions affected quality and the delicate aroma characteristics of this wine. As such this wine may become cloudy if stored in excessive heat. The wine aroma and flavor will not be affected, however its crystal clear appearance may be impacted. To prevent this cloudy appearance please take care to store this perishable wine in an environment less than 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
