A Huge Original Japanese Woodblock Print Ito Shinsui Bijin-ga Early Snow

This is a HUGE very beautiful, and special original Japanese woodblock print “Early Snow” signed by the famous Taisho/Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print master Shinsui Ito (1898-1974) made in Showa Era (1925~1987) IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  This is an original woodblock print about 40 years old.  This woodblock print is one of the core collections of a large number of gorgeous, different-styled Japanese woodblock print and Asian art collections in my family, which we are gradually selling. Ito Shinsui belongs to the great masters of the Shin Hanga movement.  In 1952 the Japanese government declared his artwork an intangible national treasure, the highest public award a Japanese artist could achieve. The print size is 19 3/4 x 16 inches, which is much LARGER than the traditional Shin Hanga woodblock prints.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.  All four borders are intact.  The artist’s signature and his chop are close to the lower right edge of the print.  This original
