  Our Quarter Beef Package is a custom bundle that represents what you would get from a quarter of one of our 100% Grass Fed and Finished calves. Below is an outline of what is included! YOU GET 92 LBS OF MEAT Ground Beef - 50 lbs  Mix of Chuck Roast, Brisket Roast, Rump Roast, and/or Round Steak - 15 lbs Mix of Short Ribs and/or Osso Bucco - 9 lbs Ribeye Steak (bone in) - 6 lbs NY Strip Steak (bone in) - 4 lbs Sirloin Steak (boneless) - 3 lbs Tenderloin Filet - 1 lbs Mix of Denver Steak, Flank, Bavette, and/or Skirt - 3 lbs   All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER! Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
