Doc Swinson’s 15 year old is a classic example of old bourbon with a good amount of sweet caramel on the front transitioning to dark bitter notes as you go through the experience. After a printing catastrophe the same release had to be bottled as 2 different batches. Batch 10 was released to the California market while 11 made it to all other states that carry Docs.
