2016 Archival Print Jeff Wallace’s artwork explores the evolving nature of memory, inspired by his experience managing the personal effects of elderly relatives. Using layered paper and familiar yet decontextualized materials, his paintings and installations capture the fading, overlapping, and preservation of memories over time. His work has been exhibited in New York and Miami galleries and featured in publications like The Coastal Post and WRPD Magazine. A participant in prestigious residencies, including the American Academy in Rome and Yaddo, Wallace also curates Main Window in Brooklyn and serves on the Board of Directors for Smack Mellon, supporting emerging artists.
