Tender French Lentilles du Puy keep their shape beautifully when tossed with a shallot vinaigrette, Kalamata olives, Feta cheese and fresh mint. Packed in a 1 quart or 1 pint jar, just like our soups (but not frozen)! Best eaten within 4 days of delivery.
