The secret lies in its non-toxic, water-based gel freezer insert, which should be frozen for 4-6 hours before use for optimal performance. For longer gatherings, we recommend having a spare insert in your freezer (available for separate purchase) to ensure your wine stays perfectly chilled throughout the event. Insert sold separately.
