In Flat Pattern Design, students will learn to adapt a sewing pattern for a flattering fit. Students will start with the basics of taking measurements and progress to making a  sloper dress based on those measurements. A sloper is a powerful fitting tool that allows you to adjust any pattern to fit you well. Terry Owen has decades of garment making, altering, and designing experience, so she brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom.
