Without proper guidance and practice, it is difficult to progress in this very important aspect of creating metal jewelry. This essential "technique only" workshop is specifically designed to foster an atmosphere of learning and support so that you can tackle any soldering challenge. We will cover: the basic principles of soldering how different metals behave during soldering which solders to use for different pieces practice 5 different soldering techniques: sweat soldering, solder inlay, 3D soldering, post soldering, and soldering wire Details: 8 contact hours, ages 14+ located at the Silver Peak Studio Classroom 100.5 E.
