Create custom paper and Swarovski crystal earrings using basic wire skills and decoupage techniques in this fun, creative class. We will provide a selection of decorative papers, but you are welcome to bring your own. You can also bring scrapbooking punches to punch out shapes to incorporate into your designs. You will have the opportunity to choose matching swarovski crystal bicone beads to accent your designs.
