The Brancher reeds are made from the best natural French reeds (Cannes de Provence / Var exclusively). These wild reeds, selected and cut by hand and then dried in the sun, do not come from plantations but grow naturally without watering or chemical fertilizers. The cutting of the Brancher reeds, resulting from a unique patented process, guarantees consistency, stability and longevity. JAZZ: Brancher "Jazz" reeds have a wider vibration range for a full sound and richness of timbre throughout the register. They are suitable for all jazz mouthpieces, medium to open. (Ideal for metal spouts.) The "Jazz" (non-strummed) reeds are designed to meet the subtle needs of the jazz musician. The reeds are packaged in 100% recyclable cardboard inserts and boxes.
