Pentart -Decoupage Glue - Ultra Matte - 100 ml / 3.4 ounces.    Pentart products are top shelf media imported from Europe Water-based varnish and glue in one for decoupage technique for non-porous surfaces like glass and glazed ceramics. Spreads easily and evenly. Use the varnish and glue underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. Apply the varnish and glue on the top from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles. Cure in the oven for 5 minutes on 140 °C / 285 °F, so it willbecome dishwasher safe (use eco-program).  NOTE THIS IS  A NOT FOOD SAFE PRODUCT!   Please do not decoupage where food/liquids or lips (Cups) will come in contact with the varnish For Demonstrations: Visit the pentart youtube channel for more demos.
