The nesting set of sprout huggers, along with an existing jar or glass, creates the perfect environment to grow nutritious sprouts at home. The two-part set includes a perforated top hugger which attaches to a standard or wide-mouth jar or drinking glass. The bottom hugger serves as a reservoir to catch water and allow proper air flow. Best suited for medium and large sized seeds. Jar and seeds not included.
