While intensifying, the initial aromas arecompleted by vibrant marine undertones, followed by coconut anddarker tones of hazelnut and shiitake. A profound flourish of violetsis a surprising conclusion. THE PALATEIn total coherence with the nose, the palate embarks on a ride offluid transitions. It dances through an airy softness, a playfulfusion of fruity, floral, and subtle maritime notes. Thissophisticated dissolve reaches its crescendo through a lingeringaftertaste, highlighting IWA’s signature of white and Sanchopeppers.
