Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling wines are produced in the Penedès DO of Spain. The result is fresh, fruit-forward sparkling wines that cater to the health- and wellness-conscious consumer, and can be enjoyed at any moment. REGION Penedès, Spain GRAPE Indigenous grapes VINIFICATION The grapes are squeezed, fermented and filtrated to obtain a 10% abv wine. The alcohol is then removed by vaccum distillation at 40˚Celsius. Then the fining and filtration occur. C02 and SO2 are adjusted. Before bottling, there is a cold sterile filtration COLOR Pale bright yellow with persistent bubbles AROMA Refreshing tropical notes and elegant citrus hints PALATE Lively, fruity, and especially refreshing.
