A mix of aged, Monsooned Malabar and high-grown Brazil Oberon creates a smooth, chocolate-y, almost cognac quality with virtually no acidity. While this blend was created for cold brew, it is wonderful brewed hot as well, particularly for those who prefer a low-acidity coffee.
