Pigment-Correcting Alternative Cyspera® is the first and only topical cysteamine cream. Cysteamine is a powerful antioxidant that diminishes the appearance of stubborn skin discoloration, effectively improving the appearance of persistent brown patches and dark spots. It is well tolerated for long-term use thanks to its paraben-free properties. There are no reported significant side effects, other than redness, dryness, or irritation of the skin. A burning sensation and mild redness might occur immediately after application, but it will usually disappear after 30 minutes.
