A Cotes Du Rhone expression from a legendary Gigondas producer growing sustainably. Unusual amongst Cotes Du Rhone blends in that it is composed almost entirely of Grenache (aka Garnacha), being upwards of 90% most years. It is fermented on the stems and aged in large neutral oak barrels (foudre). This wonderful Rhone wine has notes of plum, blackberry, sage and black pepper.
