This Smoke Eater American Wagyu A3 cut is from specifically chosen Wagyu Cows raised at snake river farms of Washington State. Specifically chosen cows are picked to create a "genetic mastery of sublime marbling product". These steaks are fantastic. Do not use any butter or oils when cooking these steaks, as the extreme marbling content renders more than enough fat to cook the meat.
