We hand dipped our Applewood Smoked Bacon in melted bittersweet chocolate that we seasoned with a touch of cayenne before dressing each decadent strip with our house-smoked pistachios. Ready to eat right out of the package. Or serve on cheese + charcuterie boards paired with creme fraîche and Risin' Creek Goat Caramel. Each package about 3oz. Keep refrigerated.
