Rum

Distilled from molasses and aged 3 years in charred white oak barrels in our heated facility (think warm climate) in Jeffersonville, VT., our single barrel aged rum is finished with a double-aging in a used bourbon barrel to infuse complex whiskey overtones. This amber colored rum has elaborate components. At first sip these full-bodied tones stand out with layered flavors of vanilla, toffee, honey, and sweet spice warming the palate at the finish.
