Michael Preddy - L A Jazz Club

Description Los Angeles has a great music scene with excellence in every genre, from classical to jazzand everything in between. Many of the world's great jazz artists call this city home, andthere are ample opportunities to hear them play in some outstanding night clubs. I havemodeled this album after a particular type of club which features both a restaurant withtraditional light Jazz, usually a piano trio, as well as a hot jazz "showroom" which often features horn bands. I offer a special thanks to the great job done by my friends, Michael Dabach on trumpet and Bob Hackett on alto sax, tenor sax, and flute.
