Ever walked down the tequila aisle and just been a little befuddled but all the options? from Blancos, Reposado, and Anejo to the even more daunting varieties of Mezcal? Nikki Erpelding, Certified Sommelier and WSET Level 3 holder, wants to unpack this beautiful beverage with you alongside some proper pairings at Lolito Cantina on July 15th! You will learn the difference between tequila and mezcal, artisan vs mass produced, agave production styles, how to read a label, and two delicious cocktail recipes.
