Lemon Balm Hydrosol

*Lemon Balm is a highly aromatic plant, and in my opinion, its smell is part of its medicine. It is called the "gladdening herb," and if you smell it, you'll understand why. It has an uplifting, bright, lemony scent that makes you smile. It's basically sunshine in a bottle. Topically Lemon Balm helps treat fever blisters, cold sores, chickenpox, and shingles.
