Bride to be balloon banner for bridal shower or bachelorette party. You can choose to include a large ring balloon. Balloon Garland is sold Separately. Choose from the following items: 16 inch foil letter balloons (Bride To Be) Do Not Use Helium Approximately 13.5” when inflated The balloons are meant to be hung or double-sided TAPED to surface/wall You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included) Each order comes with a straw for inflating the balloons with air and string for hanging. (You can also use a hand air pump). Ring 21x33 You CAN use helium to float or double-sided TAPE to surface/wall You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included) CHOKING HAZARD - Children under 16 years old can choke on balloons. Adult supervision required.  Keep balloons from children.  Discard broken balloons immediately.
