Rubber Base is designed to give extra strength to flaky, brittle, thin or splitting nails. Cuticle Tool Step 2: Apply Sol Dips Primer. Nail Primer  Step 3: Apply your favorite Sol Dips rubber base coat, and cure under a UV Nail Lamp for 60-120 seconds. Step 4: Apply a second coat, then cure under a UV Nail Lamp for 1-2 minutes. Step 5: Use a Nail Wipe saturated with Cleanse to remove the tacky dispersion layer or you can use alcohol.
