A bright happy orange wine, perfect for summer: Zibibbo and Grillo co-fermented on the skins for 20 days, blended with Catarratto which also had 20 days skin contact, aged for 6 months on the lees. Notes of zingy apricot, orange blossom, rose petal, seville orange marmalade with a light tannic grip. Made in very small quantities.
