2021 Domaine Prudhon Saint Aubin 1er Cru Perrieres

Burghound 89 Points: Super-fresh and distinctly cool aromas are comprised by notes of petrol, mineral reduction, various white orchard fruit and a whiff of acacia blossom. The succulent, round and plump middleweight flavors exude a subtle minerality that adds a sense of lift to the clean, dry and lingering finale. This could use a bit more depth but a few years of cellaring should help.
