Cappelletti Amaro Rabarbaro

Rhubarb based bitter amaro from Cappelletti, who most know for their iconic apertif. This is great stuff, albeit a little weird. Bright and smoke driven flavors with loads of orange, anise, salt and pickle flavors. Good fruitiness on the palate to coalesce with the bitter quality.
