2006 Cristom Pinot Noir 'Jessie Vineyard,' Eola-Amity Hills, Willamette Valley (MAGNUM)

Cristom Vineyards was established in 1992 to craft single vineyard Pinot Noirs from our distinctive, individual sites across our 240-acre estate. Today those five single vineyards named for members of the founding Gerrie family – Eileen, Jessie, Louise, Marjorie and Paul Gerrie – have earned an international reputation for their individuality, authenticity, consistency and excellence. The 2006 Pinot Noir Jessie Vineyard is crimson-colored with an alluring nose of wood smoke, mineral, plum, and black cherry. This leads to a dense, structured wine with plump succulent fruit, a smooth-texture, and a lengthy finish. Drink it from 2010 to 2018.
