The excellent 2007 Pinot Noir collection begins with the entry level 2007 Pinot Noir Mt. Jefferson Cuvee. Medium ruby-colored, it offers up a spicy, slightly herbaceous bouquet along with cherry and cranberry aromas. Medium bodied with savory flavors, at the moment it is a bit tightly wound but has the balance to fill out with another 1-2 years of bottle age.
