This Pinot Noir comes from a plot whose sloping terroir, facing south-south-east, is located between 280 and 400 meters above sea level in the Saint-Romain appellation. The soils are essentially marly, calcareous and clayey. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. The aging is about one year in barrels. Natural wine without added sulphites.
