The "Les Baudes" vineyard is located just beneath the Grand Cru vineyard of Bonnes Mares. Thirty percent whole bunch fermentation is used, resulting in a darker wine with red and black fruit, and a stony element. Hubert Lignier's wines age marvelously in the cellar.
