Nicolas-Jay is a collaboration between Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo of Domaine Méo-Camuzet and American Jay Boberg. Their Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is sourced from several bio-dynamic sites throughout the region, including high-elevation sites in the Eola-Amity Hills and McMinnville, warmer red-soiled vineyards in the Dundee Hills and the unique Bishop Creek Vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton.
