Since 1998, Cyril Testut has presided over the family estate, established by his father Philippe Testut in 1967. Domaine Testut vines are on average over 40 to 50 years in age. 80% of Testut AOC Chablis are produced on the Right Bank of the Serein, between the Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre and the Grand Cru Blanchots with a highly developed root system. Côte de Bréchain is an 8-hectare parcel adjoining 1er cru Montée de Tonnerre; it is vinified and aged in tank.
