2020 Vins Sans Nom Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouillé Vieilles Vignes

Variety: 100% Savagnin from old vines just to the west of Arbois appellation Vin Sans Nom, (nameless wine) is a somewhat mysterious negociant in the Jura doing the élevage (maturation from fermentation onwards) on small quantities of purchased wines from various undisclosed domaines. Amid all this mystery what is clear is that the wines are both delicious and typically Jurassien. The style is less typically oxidative for the whites and more polished all around. They represent stellar value for characterful, easy-drinking and highly appetising wines.
