Finishes with explosive length and outstanding lift. An infant today, this wine should blossom in the bottle and evolve slowly. (ST)" 93 points John Gilman, "The new cuvee of Montee de Tonnerre chez Dauvissat is outstanding in 2014, offering up a very mineral nose of apple, lime peel, complex, flinty minerality, a touch of anise and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and focused, with a lovely core of fruit, fine focus and grip and a long, tensile and energetic finish. This is a very fine new addition to the firmament of Domaine Dauvissat premier crus and I look forward to following it over the coming years. (JG)"
